Role within Nemesis
Within Nemesis, POLIMI the establishment and governance of autonomous and transdisciplinary Living Labs (WP1). The university supports the development of governance models, business frameworks, and strategic planning tools that strengthen the operational capacity and long-term sustainability of the Living Labs. POLIMI contributes expertise in systems innovation, stakeholder engagement, and organisational design, ensuring that the Living Labs function as effective, inclusive, and scalable ecosystems. Through its coordination of governance-related activities, POLIMI helps create the structural foundation that enables co-creation, knowledge exchange, and impactful soil health solutions within Nemesis, particularly as head of the Italian Living Lab.
