El Junquero is the managing company of La Junquera farm, a sustainability-driven organisation based in Spain, focused on regenerative agriculture, landscape restoration, and rural development. Through practical field implementation, innovation-oriented and training initiatives, it promotes soil regeneration, biodiversity enhancement, and climate-resilient farming systems in Mediterranean environments in close collaboration with the Regeneration Academy.
Role within Nemesis
Within Nemesis, El Junquero contributes with hands-on expertise in regenerative land management within the Spanish Living Lab. It supports the testing and demonstration of soil-improving co-solutions under real farming and landscape conditions, providing valuable insights into ecological performance and socio-economic feasibility. EJS also plays a role in fostering entrepreneurship and business-oriented activities(WP8), strengthening the link between innovation, sustainability, and viable rural business models. Through its integrated approach, EJS helps translate Nemesis solutions into practical, scalable pathways for regenerative agriculture and resilient land use.
